Bilaspur, August 14, 2026: As part of the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign, a grand Tiranga Rally was organised on August 14, 2026, at Vasant Vihar Colony, SECL Headquarters. The rally witnessed enthusiastic participation from a large number of officers and employees, who came together to promote the values of patriotism, national unity and integrity.
The Tiranga Rally was flagged off by SECL Chairman-cum-Managing Director Shri Harish Duhan, Director (Technical/Operations) Shri N. Franklin Jayakumar, Director (Human Resources) Shri Biranchi Das, Chief Vigilance Officer Shri Himanshu Jain, and Director (Technical/Planning & Projects) Shri Ramesh Chandra Mahapatra. The senior officials themselves participated in the rally and encouraged the enthusiastic participants.
The rally commenced from SECL DAV Public School, Vasant Vihar, and culminated at Rabindra Bhavan, Vasant Vihar. Throughout the route, participants marched enthusiastically carrying the National Flag, the Tricolour, and raised patriotic slogans. The vibrant participation created an atmosphere of national pride and patriotism across the Vasant Vihar premises.
The rally conveyed an important message about respect for the National Flag, national unity, national integrity and the responsibilities of citizens. The initiative also aimed to strengthen public awareness about the significance of the Tiranga as a symbol of India’s sovereignty, unity and collective spirit.
During the programme, the participating officers and employees reaffirmed their commitment to the spirit of “Har Ghar Tiranga – Har Dil Tiranga” and expressed their pride, respect and dedication towards the nation.
The event served as a powerful platform to inspire the SECL community to uphold the values represented by the National Flag and to contribute towards strengthening the spirit of unity, patriotism and national responsibility.
The enthusiastic participation of officers and employees made the Tiranga Rally a memorable and inspiring event, further deepening the sense of national pride and respect for the Tricolour among everyone present.
