SECL’s Newly Elected CMOAI Office Bearers Take Oath, Commit to Officers’ Welfare and Organizational Growth


Bilaspur, India | June 27, 2026 — The South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) Branch of the Coal Mines Officers’ Association of India (CMOAI) officially welcomed its newly elected office bearers during an oath-taking ceremony held on Friday at Vasant Club, Vasant Vihar, SECL.

The event was attended by Shri Biranchi Das, Director (Human Resources), SECL, who served as the Chief Guest. Addressing officers and association members, he expressed confidence in the newly elected leadership and emphasized the importance of collaboration, professional integrity, and constructive engagement in protecting the interests of officers while contributing to the continued growth and development of both the Association and SECL.

During the ceremony, the newly elected executive committee formally assumed office by taking the oath of office. The officials include:

The CMOAI SECL Branch elections were conducted through a democratic voting process. Polling was held at the SECL Headquarters on June 6, 2026, followed by voting across various SECL operational areas on June 7, 2026. The election results were officially declared on June 8, 2026.

A large gathering of SECL officers and CMOAI members attended the oath-taking ceremony, reflecting strong participation and support for the Association’s newly elected leadership.
