MSTC Ltd Appoints Two Independent Directors to Strengthen Corporate Governance

The appointments were approved through a Board Resolution by Circulation and will be effective from July 18, 2026, for a period of three years, or until further orders issued by the Government.

The move is expected to further strengthen the company’s corporate governance framework, enhance board independence, and support its long-term strategic initiatives in India’s growing digital commerce and e-auction sectors.

According to the official announcement, the Board of Directors of MSTC Ltd. approved the appointments through a resolution circulated among board members.

  • Active involvement in wildlife conservation, social welfare, and regional development initiatives

Shri Niwas Mandal is an experienced advocate with nearly 30 years of legal practice.
