New Delhi — : The Ministry of Labour and Employment has announced the successful signing of a Memorandum of Settlement (MoS) between the employees’ union and management at Narora Atomic Power Station, formalizing the implementation of a Performance-Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme.
The agreement was facilitated by the office of the Regional Labour Commissioner (RLC), Noida, underscoring the government’s commitment to promoting structured dialogue and industrial stability.

The MoS has been signed between the Narora Parmanu Urja Vidyut Kendra Karamchari Union and the plant management, covering a total of 401 employees working at the nuclear power facility.
