IRFC Appoints Pradeep Ahlawat and Manjula Mishra as Independent Directors

New Delhi : Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited (IRFC) has appointed Shri Pradeep Ahlawat and Ms. Manjula Mishra as Part-time Non-Official Independent Directors on its Board.

The appointments have been made with immediate effect following an order issued by the Ministry of Railways, Government of India.

Two New Independent Directors Appointed

According to Ministry of Railways Order No. 2026/PL/57/16 dated August 13, 2026, the following individuals have been appointed to the IRFC Board:

  • Shri Pradeep Ahlawat – Part-time Non-Official Independent Director
  • Ms. Manjula Mishra – Part-time Non-Official Independent Director

Both appointments are for a period of three years, with immediate effect, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Appointment Effective Immediately

IRFC has informed the stock exchanges about the appointments and said it is taking the necessary steps to complete the appointment formalities.
