Atul Kumar Bali and Dilip Nagesh Rozekar cease to hold office upon reaching retirement age

New Delhi : Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) has announced a change in its Senior Management Personnel following the superannuation of two Executive Directors.

Atul Kumar Bali and Dilip Nagesh Rozekar (DIN: 09806223), both serving as Executive Directors of POWERGRID, ceased to hold office on September 30, 2026, upon attaining the age of superannuation.

The two executives were classified as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company, a category comprising personnel positioned one level below the Board of Directors.

POWERGRID disclosed the change to the stock exchanges on September 30 in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
