SECL Ranks Among India’s Top 10 Organizations in Mission Karmayogi’s “Sadhana Week 2026”


New Delhi / Bilaspur: South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), a flagship subsidiary of Coal India Limited, has secured a place among the Top 10 performing organizations nationwide under the Government of India’s Mission Karmayogi – Sadhana Week 2026, marking a significant milestone in institutional capacity building and digital learning adoption.

The recognition was conferred by the Capacity Building Commission, which issued a formal commendation letter to SECL’s Chairman and Managing Director, Harish Duhan. The letter acknowledged SECL’s proactive participation, high course completion rates, and strong organizational commitment to capacity development during the Sadhana Week initiative held from April 2 to April 10, 2026.

According to the Commission, SECL demonstrated exceptional engagement on the iGOT Karmayogi platform—a cornerstone of Mission Karmayogi designed to enable continuous learning and skill enhancement for public sector employees. The organization’s performance reflects a robust culture of learning and adaptability, aligned with the evolving demands of governance and public service delivery.
