NCL Emphasizes Employee Welfare
Addressing the gathering, Shri Vinod Kumar Singh, Area General Manager, Dudhichua Area, expressed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families. He stated that no amount of financial assistance can ever replace the irreplaceable loss of a loved one, but timely support can provide families with a sense of security, stability, and confidence during one of the most difficult phases of their lives.
He emphasized that the organization remains committed to standing by the families of its employees and ensuring that welfare measures reach them without delay.
“While financial compensation can never fill the emotional void left by the loss of a family member, it can offer much-needed support and help bereaved families face future challenges with dignity and confidence,” he said.
Senior Officials Attend the Ceremony
The claim distribution program witnessed the presence of Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) members, Heads of Departments, and several senior officials from the Dudhichua Area. Representatives from Union Bank of India, including the Regional Manager and the Branch Manager of UBI Dudhichua, also attended the event and extended their support to the beneficiary families.
