Bilaspur : South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) accorded a heartfelt farewell to five employees who retired from its headquarters on July 31, 2026. The retirement ceremony was held at the CMD Chamber and the Conference Hall of the Administrative Building at SECL Headquarters, Bilaspur.
During the ceremony, the retiring employees were honoured with shawls, coconuts (Shriphal), floral garlands, and were handed over their retirement settlement cheques as a mark of appreciation for their dedicated service to the organization.
The event was graced by Director (Technical–Operations) N. Franklin Jayakumar as the Chief Guest, along with Director (Finance) D. Sunil Kumar, Director (Technical–Planning/Projects) Ramesh Chandra Mahapatra, heads of departments, representatives of labour unions, officers, and employees.
