Mumbai : Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (M&M) has increased its ownership in Carnot Technologies Private Limited, acquiring an additional 28.03% stake for ₹6.72 crore, thereby raising its total voting rights in the company to 89%.

The acquisition marks a strategic move by M&M to deepen its presence in the precision agriculture and telematics space, areas that are becoming increasingly critical in modern farming and connected vehicle ecosystems.

Strengthening Control and Integration

With this latest transaction, Carnot Technologies effectively becomes a majority-controlled subsidiary of M&M. The increased stake is expected to enable tighter integration of Carnot’s digital solutions into Mahindra’s broader ecosystem, particularly in its farm equipment and automotive segments.
