New Delhi : Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has asserted that the state government’s development strategy goes far beyond merely signing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), emphasizing that the primary focus is on ensuring that investment commitments are translated into projects on the ground.
