- Equivalent (analogous) positions in Level-8 or IDA E-2, or
- Level-7 roles in a substantive capacity, or
- IDA E-1 grade with a minimum of four years’ experience
Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in telecom and signaling systems.
