Larsen & Toubro Allots 1,36,908 Equity Shares to Employees Under ESOP Schemes

Mumbai : Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) has announced the allotment of 1,36,908 equity shares to eligible employees under its Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOPs). The allotment was approved by the company’s Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) during its meeting held on July 28, 2026, reinforcing L&T’s commitment to rewarding employee performance and encouraging long-term ownership.

According to the company’s regulatory disclosure, the newly issued shares have been allotted to employees who exercised their vested stock options under the company’s approved ESOP schemes.

Nomination & Remuneration Committee Approval

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors approved the allotment during its meeting, which commenced at 12:30 p.m. and concluded at 1:15 p.m. on July 28, 2026.

The approval authorizes the issuance of 1,36,908 new equity shares to eligible employee-grantees in accordance with the terms and conditions of the company’s stock option plans.

Shares to Rank Pari-Passu

L&T confirmed that the newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu with the company’s existing equity shares in all respects. This means the new shares will carry the same rights and benefits as the existing shares, including:
