Bengaluru, August 8, 2026: BEML Land Assets Limited (BLAL) has appointed MMA & Partners, a practicing company secretarial firm, as its Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31.
The appointment was approved by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 7, 2026.
Appointment Subject to Shareholder Approval
The appointment of MMA & Partners is subject to approval by shareholders at the company’s upcoming 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The appointment has been made in accordance with Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 24A of the SEBI Listing Regulations, as disclosed in the company’s regulatory filing.
