Eligibility & Key Conditions

According to the tender document:

  • No Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or e-Performance Bank Guarantee (ePBG) is required.
  • Participation is limited to Class-I and Class-II Local Suppliers under the Make in India Policy.

Inspection & Payment Terms

The supplied materials will undergo pre-dispatch inspection by BHEL, its client, or a Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agency, followed by post-receipt inspection at BHEL.

Payments will be released within 45 days after receipt of the Consignee Receipt and Acceptance Certificate (CRAC) and successful online submission of invoices.
