Gurugram : RITES Limited, in collaboration with its consortium partners r2p Asia-Pacific Pty Ltd and ACT Fibreglass Ltd, has successfully delivered its first refurbished metro trainset equipped with a state-of-the-art Passenger Announcement and Passenger Information System (PAPIS) to the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC).
The upgraded trainset was officially flagged off by DMRC Managing Director Dr. Vikas Kumar at the Najafgarh Depot in New Delhi, marking a key milestone in modernizing India’s urban transit systems.
