Raipur । A delegation of the Chhattisgarh Halba–Halbi community paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai at his residence office in the state capital Raipur yesterday.
During the meeting, the delegation informed the Chief Minister that the community will be organizing a Social Conference and Shakti Diwas celebration on 27 December 2025 at Pulgav, Durg, along with the 201st Martyrdom Anniversary of the revolutionary Amar Shaheed Gend Singh on 20 January 2026 in Raipur. The delegation extended a cordial invitation to the Chief Minister to attend both significant events.
Chief Minister Sai expressed gratitude to all members of the Halba–Halbi community for the invitation and appreciated the community’s rich cultural heritage and inspiring history. He extended his best wishes for the success of both upcoming events.
Those present on the occasion included Mahesh Gagda, Dr. Devendra Mahla, Girivar Thakur, Hriday Ram Kosma, Mithir Ram Salendra, along with several other senior members of the community.
