NALCO Appoints Two Firms as Joint Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27

C&AG Appoints B M Chatrath & Co. LLP and SRB & Associates as Joint Statutory Auditors

New Delhi, September 14, 2026: National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has informed the stock exchanges about the appointment of two Chartered Accountant firms as Joint Statutory Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.

The appointments have been made by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) through a letter dated September 7, 2026.

The two firms appointed as Joint Statutory Auditors are:

  • M/s B M Chatrath & Co. LLP
  • M/s SRB & Associates

Both firms are peer-reviewed Chartered Accountant firms and will serve as NALCO’s Joint Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27.

B M Chatrath & Co. LLP

B M Chatrath & Co. LLP is an established Chartered Accountancy firm with a history spanning more than a century. The firm was founded in 1923 and was subsequently converted into an LLP in 2017.

The firm has 17 partners and more than 300 employees and operates from several locations, including Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad.

SRB & Associates

SRB & Associates was established in 1978 and is headquartered in Bhubaneswar. The firm has offices in Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad and other locations.

With a workforce of more than 300 professionals, the firm provides services across areas including assurance, taxation and advisory.

Disclosure to Stock Exchanges

NALCO disclosed the appointment to the BSE and NSE on September 14, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations.

The appointment of the Joint Statutory Auditors is applicable for the financial year 2026-27.
