Bilaspur : The two-day “SECL Nari Raag-Rang Mahotsav 2026”, organized under the aegis of Shraddha Mahila Mandal, concluded with great enthusiasm and cultural vibrancy at the South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) Headquarters in Bilaspur.
