ONGC Appoints Four Chartered Accountant Firms as Joint Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27

C&AG appoints T R Chadha & Co LLP, P K F Sridhar & Santhanam LLP, Suri & Co and A R & Co for statutory audit of ONGC

New Delhi : Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has informed the stock exchanges about the appointment of four Chartered Accountant firms as Statutory/Joint Statutory Auditors of the company for the financial year 2026-27.

The appointments have been made by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG).

ONGC said it received a communication from the office of the C&AG on September 7, 2026, conveying the appointment of the following Chartered Accountant firms/limited liability partnerships as Statutory/Joint Statutory Auditors:

  1. M/s T R Chadha & Co LLP
  2. M/s P K F Sridhar & Santhanam LLP
  3. M/s Suri & Co
  4. M/s A R & Co

C&AG Communicates Auditor Appointments

The appointment has been disclosed by ONGC pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The four firms will undertake the statutory audit responsibilities for ONGC for FY 2026-27, in accordance with the applicable statutory and regulatory framework.

The company has also enclosed brief profiles of the appointed firms as required under the relevant SEBI circular.
