Karur Vysya Bank Shareholders Approve ₹2.60 Dividend, Re-appoint Director at 107th Annual General Meeting

Mumbai : Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) has announced that its shareholders have approved a dividend of ₹2.60 per equity share for the financial year 2025–26 and re-appointed B Sankar as a Director at the Bank’s 107th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 5, 2026.

The AGM was conducted through video conferencing (VC), with strong participation from both promoter and public shareholders. All the resolutions placed before the shareholders were passed with the requisite majority, reflecting continued confidence in the Bank’s governance and financial performance.

Dividend of ₹2.60 Per Equity Share Approved

One of the key highlights of the AGM was the approval of a final dividend of ₹2.60 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The dividend resolution received overwhelming shareholder support, with nearly 100% of the votes cast in favour, demonstrating strong investor confidence in the Bank’s consistent financial growth and shareholder value creation.

The approved dividend will be distributed to eligible shareholders in accordance with the applicable record date and regulatory guidelines.

Shri B Sankar Re-appointed as Director

Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of B Sankar (DIN: 08846754) as a Director of the Bank.

As per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, Shri B Sankar was retiring by rotation and, being eligible, offered himself for re-appointment. The proposal received overwhelming support from both institutional and retail investors, reaffirming shareholder confidence in his leadership and contribution to the Bank’s Board.
