NBCC Secures New Project Management Consultancy Orders Worth ₹108.85 Crore

NEW DELHI: NBCC (India) Limited, a leading Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has secured two new Project Management Consultancy (PMC) contracts with a combined value of ₹108.85 crore (excluding GST). The company disclosed the development through a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges on July 24, 2026.

The newly awarded projects include the construction of a Clean Plant Centre in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, and the development of boys’ and girls’ hostels at multiple locations across Odisha. Both contracts have been awarded by domestic government clients and are part of NBCC’s regular business operations.


Major Project 1: Clean Plant Centre in Srinagar

The first project has been awarded by the National Horticulture Board.
