Korba, Chhattisgarh: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) Re-Examination was successfully conducted on Saturday at four examination centers across Korba district, with authorities implementing strict security protocols and enhanced monitoring to ensure a fair and transparent examination process.
More than 1,700 candidates appeared for the highly anticipated re-examination, which was held following the cancellation of the earlier NEET examination due to allegations of a question paper leak.
Four Examination Centers Established
The district administration designated four institutions as official examination centers:
- Government Post Graduate (PG) College, Korba
- Eklavya Model Residential School, Chhurikala
- A School in Jamnipali
- A School in BALCO Township
Candidates were required to report to their respective centers by 11:00 a.m., and the examination was conducted in accordance with the schedule prescribed by the examination authorities. The day’s examination process continued until 5:00 p.m.
