The company disclosed the development in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations, specifically Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR), 2015. The filing was duly submitted to both major Indian stock exchanges—BSE and NSE—ensuring transparency and timely communication with investors.
