New Delhi:
Investigating agencies probing the Red Fort blast module have uncovered a significant lead. According to officials, one of the three suspected foreign handlers linked to two doctors from Faridabad’s Al-Falah Medical College sent 42 bomb-making videos via encrypted apps to the arrested accused, Dr. Muazzammil Ahmad Ganai.
Ganai is said to be an associate of 36-year-old Umar Nabi, who executed the recent blast. Investigators believe the foreign handler was not only providing technical support to the module but was also pushing them towards executing a suicide attack.

Probe into DIY Blast Technique
Officials state that the module was using a ‘Do-It-Yourself’ (DIY) method to assemble explosives. Agencies are now examining whether similar DIY-style blast incidents in recent years may be linked to the same foreign networks or techniques.

Focus on Identifying the Handlers
Investigators are currently working to identify the foreign handlers, trace their locations, and determine their potential links. Initial findings suggest that the handlers were guiding the module in a step-by-step manner.
Security officials say that further critical revelations are expected soon based on mobile phone records, app logs, and digital communication recovered so far.
