LTI Mindtree Secures $100 Million, Seven-Year Digital Engineering Deal With European MedTech Leader

Mumbai, India / London, UK / Warren, NJ — LTI Mindtree announced on Monday that it has signed a strategic, multi-year contract valued at $100 million with a leading European medical technology company specializing in advanced hearing and audiology solutions.

The seven-year engagement represents one of LTI Mindtree’s largest MedTech-focused deals to date and significantly strengthens the company’s presence in the global healthcare technology and connected medical devices market.

Scope of the Engagement

Under the agreement, LTI Mindtree will provide end-to-end product development, modernization, and long-term support for the client’s flagship hearing instrument brands as well as its private-label product portfolio.

The scope of work includes:

  • Design, development, and lifecycle support of core wearable hearing devices
  • Development and enhancement of professional fitting applications used by hearing care specialists and audiologists
  • Development and maintenance of consumer mobile applications that allow users to control, personalize, and monitor their hearing devices
  • Integration of hardware, firmware, cloud platforms, and digital interfaces to deliver a seamless user experience

The engagement spans the entire product lifecycle, from innovation and engineering to deployment, compliance, and post-market support.

Managing Complex MedTech Regulations

A critical component of the partnership is the management of stringent MedTech compliance and regulatory requirements across global markets. LTI Mindtree will leverage its proprietary iNXT platform, a cross-industry digital transformation and innovation solution designed to unify physical products with digital systems while ensuring regulatory readiness.

The platform will help address requirements related to medical device safety, data privacy, cybersecurity, quality management systems, and evolving healthcare regulations across Europe, North America, and other key markets.

Strategic Importance

Company representatives said the deal underscores LTI Mindtree’s commitment to driving digital innovation, AI-led engineering, and regulatory-compliant transformation in the healthcare technology sector.

The partnership also reflects a broader industry shift, as MedTech companies increasingly invest in connected devices, software-driven care models, and AI-enabled platforms to improve patient outcomes, clinician efficiency, and long-term product differentiation.
