Petronet LNG Fixes June 12 as Record Date for ₹3 Final Dividend for FY26


New Delhi, June 1, 2026: Petronet LNG Limited (PLL) has announced June 12, 2026, as the Record Date for determining shareholder eligibility for its proposed final dividend of ₹3 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26 (FY26).

The announcement was made through a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges on Monday. The company stated that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on May 4, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹3.00 per equity share with a face value of ₹10 each for FY26.

In compliance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has fixed Friday, June 12, 2026, as the record date to identify shareholders who will be eligible to receive the dividend.

The proposed dividend remains subject to approval by shareholders at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). If approved, the dividend will be distributed within 30 days of the AGM approval date, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

The company further clarified that the dividend payment will be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and other applicable tax provisions under prevailing Indian tax laws.

The disclosure has been communicated to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). Copies of the filing have also been shared with depositories and the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA).
