Rohit Kumar Mishra Gets Additional Charge as CVO of NEPA Ltd for One Year

DoPT Entrusts Additional Charge of Chief Vigilance Officer to IOFS Officer Rohit Kumar Mishra

New Delhi : The Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Government of India, has approved the entrustment of the additional charge of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), NEPA Limited, Nepanagar, Madhya Pradesh, to Shri Rohit Kumar Mishra, IOFS (2009).

Rohit Kumar Mishra is currently serving as the Chief Vigilance Officer of Bridge & Roof Company (India) Limited (BRCIL), Kolkata. He will now hold the additional responsibility of CVO of NEPA Limited for a period of one year, or until a regular CVO is appointed, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

DoPT Approval Based on Ministry of Heavy Industries Proposal

The decision was taken by the Competent Authority based on a proposal received from the Ministry of Heavy Industries.

The proposal was communicated through Office Memorandum No. 7(11)/2012-PE-7/CPSE-III dated August 21, 2026.

The additional-charge arrangement has been approved in accordance with the applicable government administrative procedure for vigilance appointments in Central Public Sector Enterprises.

Official Order Issued by DoPT

The order, bearing No. 66/2/2023-EO(CVO), was issued by Kanmani Joy, Director, Department of Personnel & Training, on September 9, 2026.

Copies of the order have also been forwarded to the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) and other concerned offices for information and necessary action.

Additional Responsibility at NEPA Limited

With this arrangement, Rohit Kumar Mishra will continue to discharge his existing responsibilities as CVO of Bridge & Roof Company (India) Limited while also handling the additional charge of CVO at NEPA Limited.

The appointment will remain effective for the specified period or until a regular appointment is made, whichever occurs earlier.
