Shimla :: THDC India Limited has signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), Regional Office, Shimla, to provide consultancy services for infrastructure-related projects.
The MoU was signed on August 6, 2026, at the Regional Office of MoRTH in Shimla. The agreement is aimed at strengthening collaboration between the two government organisations and enabling the use of THDC India’s technical expertise and project management capabilities in infrastructure development.
