Mumbai : YES Bank Limited has allotted 1,84,823 equity shares of ₹2 face value each following the exercise of stock options under its YBL ESOS 2020 Scheme and YBL RSU Plan 2024.
The allotment was approved by the bank’s Nomination & Remuneration Committee on August 10, 2026. According to the regulatory filing, YES Bank realized ₹17.21 lakh from the exercise of the stock options.
Paid-Up Share Capital Increases
Following the allotment, YES Bank’s paid-up equity share capital increased from ₹62,775,204,304, comprising 31,387,602,152 equity shares, to ₹62,775,573,950, comprising 31,387,786,975 equity shares.
Each equity share has a face value of ₹2.
Shares Issued Under Employee Stock Plans
