BCCL Holds 55th Annual General Meeting, CMD Manoj Kumar Agarwal Unveils Vision for Growth, Modern Mining and Sustainability

Dhanbad, Jharkhand: Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) successfully conducted its 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 7, 2026, reaffirming its commitment to production growth, technological advancement, mine safety, and sustainable development. The meeting brought together shareholders, senior officials, and industry leaders to review the company’s performance and discuss its strategic roadmap for the future.

The AGM was chaired by Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) Manoj Kumar Agarwal at Koyla Bhawan, Dhanbad. The meeting was attended by senior representatives from the Ministry of Coal, Coal India Limited (CIL), members of the Board of Directors, shareholders, statutory auditors, and officials from various operational areas of BCCL.

CMD Reviews FY 2025–26 Performance

Addressing the shareholders, CMD Manoj Kumar Agarwal presented an overview of the company’s performance during Financial Year 2025–26, highlighting BCCL’s achievements in operational efficiency, production, and business performance despite the challenges faced by the mining sector.
