During the program, participants were encouraged to incorporate yoga into their daily routines as a way to maintain a healthy lifestyle, reduce stress, and enhance their overall quality of life. The session emphasized the importance of regular yoga practice in achieving long-term health and inner harmony.

This year’s International Day of Yoga 2026 is being observed under the global theme, “Yoga for Healthy Ageing,” which focuses on promoting wellness and active living across all age groups. In line with this theme, SECL has been organizing a series of awareness campaigns, community participation activities, and wellness programs under the Yoga Mahotsav 2026 initiative.

The celebrations will culminate with a main yoga event at Vasant Club, where participants will perform the Common Yoga Protocol (CYP), the standardized yoga practice recommended for the observance of the International Day of Yoga.

Through initiatives like these, SECL continues to encourage employees, their families, and the wider community to embrace yoga as a way of life, fostering better health, mental resilience, and overall well-being.
