Bilaspur: The results of the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) 2024 have created a landmark moment for Delhi IAS Academy, Bilaspur. Out of the total 246 vacancies, a record 153 candidates have been selected from this institute, marking the highest ever result by any coaching institution in the state. Adding to the pride, state topper Devesh Prasad Sahu is also a regular classroom student of the academy.
According to the institution, the selection list has been prepared with complete transparency. Out of 153 selections, 85 candidates belong to the classroom program, while the rest are from test series and interview batches. Students from the past three batches have significantly contributed to this historic performance.
Founder Saurabh Chaturvedi said that 7 out of the Top-10 rankers are from Delhi IAS Academy – Bilaspur. The academy has secured 6 out of 7 selections in Deputy Collector posts and 13 out of 21 selections in DSP posts. He added that the achievement is the result of academic excellence, strategic guidance, and the continuous hard work of students.
Raipur Director Swatantra Rajput shared that the institute has been running the Eklavya Scholarship since 2021 as part of its social responsibility. Every year, 20 students receive free admission and nearly 80 students are provided 40% to 100% scholarship. More than 500 students have benefitted so far, including 2 Deputy Collectors, 5 State Administrative Service officers, and 2 Vyapam selections. Two beneficiaries of the Rajiv Yuva Utthan Yojana have also secured success this year.
Following the declaration of results, a grand felicitation ceremony was organized at the academy. Thousands of students welcomed the selected candidates with applause and flowers. State topper Devesh Prasad Sahu and other successful officers shared their preparation experiences. Devesh emphasized — “In long-term preparation, mental and physical balance is as important as consistent study.”

- Selections were also made in FSO/ADFO, ADPRD, CDPO, SASO, NT/CTI and various other posts, making it one of the largest overall performances in state exam history.
Chief Guest Himanshu Jain, Senior Officer – SECL, advised the newly selected officers —
“Discharge your responsibilities with sincerity and integrity. Society has high expectations from a new generation of officers.”
Executive Director Vidya Chaturvedi informed that a “Wall of Creativity” has been developed for the creative growth of students, and a special mentorship program will soon begin, offering 6–8 hours of practice every day.

“PSC is the toughest state examination. Starting preparation without the right guidance is like taking a huge risk. Delhi IAS Academy continuously works on subject research and analytical teaching.”
