Jindal Stainless Partners with IIM Bangalore to Launch Leadership Development Program for Senior Executives


Bengaluru : Jindal Stainless has partnered with the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore to roll out a customized Strategic Leadership Development Programme aimed at strengthening the capabilities of its senior leadership team.

The initiative reflects the company’s push to build a robust leadership pipeline as it expands operations and aligns with global business standards.

Program Designed for Strategic Impact

The three-month program is tailored specifically for Jindal Stainless executives and focuses on enhancing strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness. A group of 23 senior professionals from diverse business functions will participate.

A key component of the program is an intensive eight-day on-campus immersion at IIM Bangalore, where participants will engage directly with faculty and industry experts.

The curriculum emphasizes practical, real-world applications and includes:

Abhyuday Jindal, Managing Director of Jindal Stainless, said the partnership is a critical step toward future-proofing the company’s leadership.

Mukta Kulkarni, Dean (Programmes) at IIM Bangalore, highlighted the importance of industry-academia collaboration in shaping modern leadership.

“Today’s leaders must combine theoretical knowledge with real-world insight. This program integrates both to create future-ready leadership capabilities,” she noted.

Sushil Baveja, Chief Human Resources Officer at Jindal Stainless, added that the initiative is part of the company’s long-term commitment to continuous leadership development.
