Mumbai: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IndianOil/IOC), a Government of India undertaking and a Maharatna public sector company, has announced the appointment of Dr. Alka Mundra (DIN: 01581040) as an Independent Director on its Board.

Her appointment is effective from August 15, 2026 and has been made pursuant to a letter issued by the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG) on August 12, 2026.
