Central Bank of India Partners with SBI Funds Management to Offer Mutual Fund Products


Mumbai : Central Bank of India has entered into a strategic distribution agreement with SBI Funds Management Limited (SBIFML) to offer a wide range of mutual fund products to its customers, the bank announced on Friday.

Under the agreement, Central Bank of India customers will gain access to SBIFML’s diverse mutual fund schemes, enabling them to better leverage their savings and pursue long-term wealth creation through professionally managed investment options.

Strengthening Wealth Management Offerings

The partnership is aimed at enhancing Central Bank of India’s wealth management portfolio by allowing customers to diversify their investments across multiple asset classes. By collaborating with one of India’s leading asset management companies, the bank seeks to provide its customers with expert-driven investment solutions aligned with varying risk appetites and financial goals.

SBIFML is a joint venture between State Bank of India and Amundi, France-based global asset management company.

Founded in 1987, SBIFML is among India’s most prominent asset management firms. As of December 2025, the company services over 25 crore investor folios and manages assets worth approximately ₹12.41 lakh crore in Assets Under Management (AUM).

Regulatory Disclosure

The distribution agreement has been disclosed in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations under the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR), 2015. The disclosure was formally submitted to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited.
