New Delhi : India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) has announced the appointment of Shri Malay Kumar Singha as a Non-Official Director (NoD) on the company’s Board of Directors for a tenure of three years.
The appointment was disclosed through an official regulatory filing submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited in compliance with corporate governance and listing regulations.
According to the filing, the appointment follows an Office Memorandum issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, dated May 25, 2026. The communication was released by ITDC under reference number SEC: COORD: 134 on May 26, 2026.

India Tourism Development Corporation stated that the formal appointment process for Shri Malay Kumar Singha is currently underway. The company also informed stock exchanges that the Director Identification Number (DIN) for the appointee is yet to be obtained as part of the regulatory formalities.
The appointment will remain subject to the completion of all applicable statutory and compliance requirements.
Pending Regulatory Disclosures
The company further clarified that certain mandatory disclosures related to the appointment are still awaited from the appointee.
These include:
- Confirmation that the appointee is not debarred from holding the office of director by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other regulatory authority
- A brief professional profile and background details of Shri Malay Kumar Singha
ITDC stated that the pending disclosures will be submitted to the stock exchanges once they are received and finalized.
