Raipur, In a proud moment for Chhattisgarh’s industrial sector, Dr. Abhishek Pandey of Refracast Metallurgicals Pvt. Ltd. has been officially invited to participate in the upcoming Russia–India Summit 2025 and the associated Russia–India Forum. Notably, he is the only representative from the entire state to receive this prestigious invitation.
The high-profile forum will be held on December 4–5 in New Delhi, where Russian President Vladimir Putin and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi are scheduled to address the plenary session.
Organized by Roscongress Foundation—Russia’s leading institution known for managing major global economic events—the forum will witness the participation of top government officials, industry leaders, policymakers, investors, and major business organizations from both countries.

Dr. Pandey’s invitation marks a significant achievement for Refracast Metallurgicals in expanding its global presence. Earlier, in October 2025, he was part of the Indian delegation at the Tri-Nation Trade Dialogue Series held in Kaliningrad, Russia, where representatives from three countries discussed industrial cooperation, trade opportunities, and new technology partnerships. He has also previously represented the company at the BRICS Economic Forum in Moscow.
According to the company, Dr. Pandey’s participation at the forum is expected to open new doors for technological collaboration, industrial investment, and export–import opportunities between India and Russia.
