Board to consider unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026
Mumbai : Axis Bank Limited (NSE: AXISBANK | BSE: 532215) has informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Saturday, October 17, 2026, to consider and approve the bank’s financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
Board Meeting to Consider Q2 Results
The Board will consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of Axis Bank for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
The financial results will be subject to a limited review by the bank’s Joint Statutory Auditors.
Trading Window to Remain Closed
In accordance with Axis Bank’s Securities Dealing Code and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the bank’s equity shares and securities by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, through Monday, October 19, 2026, both days inclusive.
The bank said the disclosure has been made pursuant to Regulations 29 and 50 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
A copy of the disclosure has also been submitted to the London Stock Exchange and Singapore Exchange.
