Gaura Chaura Ganesh Utsav Committee organises ceremonial installation; devotees pray for peace and prosperity
Hasoud: The town of Hasoud is witnessing a festive atmosphere as preparations for Ganesh Utsav gain momentum. The Gaura Chaura Ganesh Utsav Committee, Hasoud, installed a grand idol of Lord Ganesha with traditional rituals and prayers.
Committee members, along with residents of Sharda Chowk, participated enthusiastically in the idol installation ceremony.
Following the installation, devotees offered prayers to Lord Ganesha and sought blessings for peace, prosperity and happiness. A devotional atmosphere has prevailed across the area, with preparations underway for various religious and cultural programmes during the coming days of Ganesh Utsav.
The event was successfully organised with the support of committee president Shivam Jaiswal, vice-president Pramod Sharma, secretary Opendra Sahu, along with Chhotu Kevat, Virendra Chauhan, Ajay Sahu, Aman Sahu, Shankar Sahu, Puran Sahu, Ashok Sahu, Shiv Sahu, Liladhar Sahu, Yadram Sahu, Chikan Yadav, Mithilesh Rai, Neelambar Sahu and the residents of Sharda Chowk.
